The past few months have been filled with fantastic meetings, events, and opportunities to strengthen relationships with our valued hotel partners and clients. We’re continuing to grow our knowledge every week on exciting new openings, standout UK hotels, and international properties that perfectly suit our clients and their evolving needs.
We are delighted and so proud to share that Jo won “Agent of the Year” at the Famtastic awards. Jo attended the awards at Village Hotel Blackpool – a wonderful evening celebrating excellence across the hospitality sector and topped off with Jo receiving incredible recognition within the industry.
Here’s a roundup of what we’ve been up to:
- We had a brilliant meeting and showround with Alison at Champneys Springs, along with a valuable update on the wider Champneys portfolio.
- We enjoyed a productive lunch with Chris Ford, our Accor account manager, joined by Rob from Aimbridge and Curtis from Providence Hotels – a great chance to explore current developments and opportunities across the Accor brand.
- Jo and Ella had a lovely lunch with Rue and Co, receiving updates on their expanding portfolio across the UK and internationally.
- Jo attended the Beam agency members engagement meeting at Park Regis, which was an insightful event with some great discussions.
- Jo, Ella, and Danni attended CHS Birmingham, making fantastic new connections and continuing to build strong industry relationships.
- Jo enjoyed a personal stay at Fawsley Hall, exploring the stunning surroundings and experiencing the beautiful hotel.
- Jo and Ella enjoyed switching off at Hoar Cross Hall’s Twilight evening – the newly refurbished outdoor spa area is incredible.

Exciting travel plans are on the horizon for our team as we continue to broaden our knowledge of global hospitality.
- Ella is embarking on an incredible journey around Australia with a stopover in Singapore. She’ll be visiting several hotels along the way, deepening her expertise in this vibrant region. A huge thank you to Angela from Travel Counsellors for her invaluable support in arranging this trip.
- Jo is set to explore the Maldives and Dubai, with visits planned to the luxurious Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa, the brand-new Ciel Dubai Marina, and the stunning Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. We’re very grateful to Mundus, 2exceed, and Jumeirah team for helping coordinate the Dubai part of this exciting journey.
These trips are essential in ensuring we stay at the forefront of the hospitality industry, providing our clients with up-to-date insights and tailored recommendations. We can’t wait to share what we learn!
With December on the horizon, planning for 2026 and 2027 events is already in full swing, and we’re excited to see what the next year will bring. Now it’s time to wrap up the final few events of 2025!
