A New Team Member!
We’re thrilled to introduce Danni, who has joined the ACE team as our Business Development Specialist. We’re so excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see her thrive in this new role. Welcome, Danni!
Client & Partner Meetings
Building and nurturing strong relationships across the industry is a core part of what we do. Over the past two months, we’ve had the pleasure of catching up with some fantastic partners from across the UK:
- Catch-ups with Natalie from De Vere Cranage Estate and Patricia from De Vere Tortworth Court.
- Two insightful Zoom meetings with Valor Hospitality – one covering their Yorkshire properties and another focused on Glasgow.
- A venue update from Helen at the National Conference Centre.
- A great call with Victoria from Elite Hotels.
- A lovely lunch & learn session with Teresa from APEX Hotels.
- A refreshing walk & talk with Aly from QHotels.
- A fab coffee with William and Leo from Clermont Hotel Group.
These conversations gave us a great opportunity to explore upcoming opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and hear about exciting developments across the venues.
Venue Showrounds
Visiting venues in person is essential to finding the perfect match for our clients. Over the past couple of months, we’ve been on the road exploring:

- B&B Hotel Derby
- De Vere Cotswold Water Park
- Heart of England Conference Centre
- Stoneleigh Park
- De Vere Beaumont Estate
- Fairmont Windsor Park
These showrounds help us stay informed and inspired and ensure we’re always offering our clients the best venue options available.
Events & Industry Engagement
We’ve also made time to attend a variety of industry events, fam trips, and client events — staying on top of trends while supporting our industry network:
- East Midlands Elite Charity Event at Burleigh Court – A fantastic evening raising over £15,000 for Rainbows Hospice. We were so proud to be involved!
- Famtastic at De Vere Cotswold Water Park – Jo met with fantastic suppliers from across the UK while experiencing this beautiful venue.
- Accor Fam Trip – Jo joined Accor for a day at the races and had the chance to experience two of their hotels Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa and Mercure Haydock Hotel.
- BEAM “Come Dine With Me” Event at Park Regis Birmingham – A fun and engaging networking evening.
- IHG Evening at Hampton Manor – Ella and Jo enjoyed a fantastic evening of networking and learning more about IHG’s international offering.
- EME Social at Binks Yard – Jo had the chance to visit this vibrant new venue in Nottingham – watch this space for more exciting news to come from this venue.
- DBF at Fairmont Windsor Park – Jo attended a standout networking event at a stunning location.
- Plus, we visited several client events – always a great opportunity to catch up in person and see events in full swing.
These events continue to inspire us and strengthen our ties within the hospitality and events community.
